Founded in 1970 by Terry Cross, Cross General Contracting has grown into a company of 62 dedicated professionals committed to building and managing construction projects throughout Michigan’s Central Upper Peninsula. Our mission is to successfully complete every project with a high level of customer satisfaction while fostering strong, positive relationships with our suppliers and subcontractors.

HALL CONTRACTING
Hall Contracting Inc., established in 1984, is a family-owned father-and-son construction firm with offices in Munising and Marquette. With a team of approximately 20 employees, the company delivers a diverse portfolio of projects across the retail, restaurant, hospitality, multi-family and institutional sectors, alongside high-end residential construction.

The firm’s portfolio reflects its comprehensive capabilities, including general contracting, design-build services, construction management, and in-house CAD detailing—allowing for seamless coordination from concept through project delivery. Hall Contracting has successfully executed projects for both private clients and publicly funded initiatives at the state and federal levels.

A consistent emphasis on quality craftsmanship and attention to detail is evident across all project types, from custom homes, retail, restaurant, hospitality, multi-family and institutional sectors l  to complex, large-scale developments. The company also integrates sustainable building practices, incorporating green construction methods and LEED-focused standards to enhance long-term performance and value.
