Your visit to the Pictured Rocks may be an hour or two, or you may spend a week or more along the 42-mile shoreline. Some of the main attractions include Munising Falls, Sand Point, Miners Castle, Beach, and Falls, the Chapel and Beaver Basin hiking trails, the Log Slide, Twelvemile Beach, the AuSable Light Station, the Grand Sable Dunes and Lake, and Sable Falls. The winter months attract many visitors for snowmobiling, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, ice climbing, and more.
